You are planning a visit to the practice with a long journey and would like to find out in advance which examinations are right for you.

You have been to a check-up examination and would like to better understand the results of these examinations and discuss further questions afterwards.

The video consultation is for patients who have already presented themselves at the practice and who have been accepted into the patient base.

The video consultation is possible for all indications and also if the patient has not been treated by me before.

During the video consultation, a connection is established between the patient and the doctor via the Internet. For this, a camera and a microphone must be set up on the computer. If you would like to make an appointment for a video consultation, please contact me by e-mail.

Please send me a request by e-mail, you are also welcome to make time suggestions and we will try to make it possible. You will then receive a confirmation or a suggested appointment time.

The following technical requirements are necessary for the video consultation:

The online medical consultation works with all common browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome (latest version if possible).

A terminal device (PC, tablet, mobile phone) with camera and microphone.

Like a normal consultation, the video consultation must be confidential and trouble-free. If possible, the video consultation should take place in quiet rooms that offer privacy.

Skype and the use of Zoom are possible in principle.

The technology used and the electronic data transmission must guarantee adequate communication.
